I’m Phil Holmes, author of the Rosie Marks series about a popular and successful police detective based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. DCI Rosie Marks leads a team fighting the scourge of county lines and related crimes under the project name ‘Operation Caterpillar’.

 

Rosie’s mission is to rid Harrogate of the effects caused by drugs dealers and their evil bosses. One particular OCG (Organised Crime Group) boss, Manchester based Brian Hazell, has caught her attention, and she is determined to help her colleagues in Manchester bring him to justice.

 

The first in the series, ‘Above And Beyond’, will be available around springtime 2025. Before that, the novella ‘County Lines’, which introduces the characters and the general plot, will be released in the New Year 2025.
